Implemented a multi-phase Certificate Authority rollout to safely transition to a new root before top root expiration by coordinating a blast-radius-controlled deployment across 100s of teams through cross-org stakeholder alignment and close DevOps coordination to prevent widespread service outages.

Designed a resilient privacy system to identify, track, and purge millions of orphaned documents across the Workday ecosystem using pattern-based detection in Java and Workday’s proprietary language, XO, with a toggle-controlled rollout and metric monitoring to ensure trust and safe adoption to deliver transparent customer communication.
