I’m a product designer who codes. For the past 9 years, I shaped visions and shipped products. I enjoy collaborating with people from different backgrounds, validating problems, testing ideas, defining the business model through design, and iterating on features to turn concepts into products that people love.

While all product designers love product, what matters to me is people - the people I build for and the people I build with.❤️

Thanks to COVID, my H1B journey hit a bump, resulting in a visa loss and job change. Yet, this unexpected twist became a crash course in handling seismic shifts. I've honed my skills: lightning-quick goal-setting, cost assessment, rapid decision-making, and precise execution. Now, I'm embracing these abilities on my GoDaddy adventure! 🚀😄

### Lead Product Designer @ GoDaddy
Jan 2021 – Jan 2024 | Santa Clara, CA/Remote
Supporting Growth and Monetization by crafting a magic journey for nearly 18 million customers on setting online presence from free trial to subscription. The logo first onramp that I initiated as a design-driven vision was adopted as company-level priority 2023-2025, early estimates of growth: 300k+ incremental Activated Subscriptions.
• Initiated and validated logo as an engagement driver and as an onramp into subscriptions by yielding a 33% increase in logo adds, increases of 17% and 6% in Website + Marketing activation and subscription with 6 test wins in 2022 Q1-Q3 - selected as THE star team of Design X Product to present at org all-hands.
• Spearheaded AI-powered logo automation in 2023 Q1-Q3 and shape the future of AI onramps.
• Hold design team accountable via mentorship, research on industries, internal talks, and Connectedness culture program.

### Lead Product Designer @ Rejection Therapy
Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Sunnyvale, California, United States
Redesigned the social app (DareMe) from scratch to launch in 5 months. Resulting in first $20k in revenue, 3x’ed MAU and 11x’ed retention rate. The app is 5 star on both the iOS (4.7/5) and Android (4.6/5) app stores:
• Designed and helped ship DareMe, including core flows like community exploration, event participation, video check-in and instant messaging.
• Delivered and maintained mobile design system, including colors, typography, icons and UI components.
• Recruited initial 150+ enterprise customers to test new business model by initiating and conducting the marketing campaign at Global Leadership Summit 2019.

### Lead Designer and Manager @ PalmDrive Inc.
Jan 2016 – Jan 2019 | Sunnyvale, CA/Shanghai, China
• Worked with cross-functional partners on delivering College Application Management web app design  0→1, including core features like CMS, internal search tools, class scheduling and live streaming courses, served over 8k mentors and premium subscribers, achieving over 16 million USD annual revenue in 2017.
• Spearheaded marketing website redesign which decreased bounce rates an average of 10% across sites with a maximum decrease of 75%.
• Managed a team of 7, including interaction designers, visual designers and motion designers.
