•Founding designer on Meta's Business AI Agent team, contributing to the product vision that was greenlit by company leadership and grew into its own organization. Designed key surfaces across the agent experience including business onboarding and setup, agent skill configuration and instruction authoring, the sandbox testing environment, and the pivot from general-purpose agent to Sales Concierge format.
•Worked at the intersection of product design and AI model behavior collaborating closely with ML engineers to contribute to behavioral guidelines, participate in evaluation workflows, and designed the orchestration layer that gives businesses granular control over agent capabilities
•Supported a rapid AI research initiative as design STO, helping teams prototype concepts, define research questions, and run unmoderated studies with 2,000+ users every two weeks creating a continuous signal pipeline that informed product prioritization across Business AI.
•Designed consumer-facing agent experiences across multiple surfaces: the in-chat agent interaction on Messenger and Instagram, the website plugin widget with agentic navigation and checkout support, and the E2E continuity vision across ads and web agentic experience.
•Drove performance improvements for Business Messaging Ads ($10B ARR), designing entry points, post-click experiences, and conversion flows across Facebook and Instagram. Systematized 20+ ad formats for cross-platform consistency. Partnered with PM to build team strategy from the ground up, securing buy-in from Instagram teams through internal review processes despite operating outside the IG organization.
•Served as design system STO for Messenger Business Messaging, supporting 20+ designers by unblocking design reviews, introducing new patterns and components, and helping resolve 50+ product and design review blockers.
