I built the ABCs of LinkedIn Jobs.
• Abuse Prevention: enabled trusted job marketplace with three-pronged protection, including online prevention, offline detection, and community report
• Billing Pipeline: bookkept delivered value for jobs by metering spend through impression, click, and conversion attribution, while enforcing daily and lifetime budget caps
• Campaign Foundation: powered job auction and delivery with automated bidding, budget-aware pacing, and qualified candidate targeting
While launching these initiatives, I was recognized with "Best Execution Award Finalist" and "Best Code Contributor Award," and strove to foster team accountability and improve engineering excellence.
• Founded Jobs Trust team, scaled it from one man army to a full-stack team of 10 engineers within 3 years, and led the team as Tech Lead Manager
• Chaired Data Model Review Committee to perform mandatory review of all data models, including schemas for REST API, Kafka event, and database
• Championed system design interview for LinkedIn Jobs, mentored 9 engineers, and hosted 2 interns (both converted to full-time)
