I previously worked at Openwave Messaging, a software provider specializing in messaging server products for mobile carriers and ISPs. During my tenure, the company was acquired by Synchronoss Technologies, a leading provider of cloud, messaging, and digital transformation solutions for the telecommunications industry.

Sr member of Messaging Server Roadmap Development Team especially focus on two aspects:

1. mOS API the messaging oriented open services: Engaged in development and maintenance email services. Devoted to developing and maintaining mOS API the messaging oriented open restful services which can be used to create applications on top of the OpenWave Universal Messaging Suite. Also worked on migration server to promote customers experience on migrating from Gmail or Microsoft Outlook to Openwave Mail System as well upgrading from old Openwave Mx to new version.

2. Webtop folder/message APIs: improved the access performance in the direct accessing way to cassandra instead of standard IMAP mode.

1. ShenTong Database is among the top three Chinese homegrown general relational databases and ranked the first at OLTP database field competition on 'Core Electronic Devices, High-end Generic Chips and Fundamental Software' host by China government.

2. ShenTong xCluster is shared-nothing massively parallel processing architecture clustered database system for data warehousing designed for ShenTong kstore, the column-based database. ShenTong xCluster includes intelligence to parallelize over multiple servers for achieving faster query response times.

leaded projects development:

• Added runtime diagnose mechanism into ShenTong xCluster for monitoring and logging the rumtime information of the distributed cluster system;

• improved xCluster high availability: xCluster multi-replicas mechanism;

• SQL whole path performance optimization: Co-designed one new protocol between backend and frontend which use protocol mechanism, thus significantly reduced the bytes that transferred which gained performance 30%.

• Migration Tool for ShenTong Database: multiple threading migration, restart migration from breakpoint, migration template and migration real-time monitor, migration based on partitioning.

• ETL tool K-Fusion: Customize ETL based on Kettle to add several features. Added several new features like “incremental migration data”, “bulk-insert import to Cluster Database” etc.

The Composite Data Virtualization Platform is data virtualization middleware that brings together data from multiple, disparate sources -- anywhere across the extended enterprise-- into a unified, logical virtualized data layer for consumption by nearly any front-end business solution including portals, reports, applications and more.

The Composite ODBC and ADO.NET driver code owner.

• Designed and implemented Composite ADO.NET driver based on ADO.NET 2.0 specification.

• Implemented 64-bit Composite ODBC driver on various *nix platforms.

• Also developed lots of features on comprehensive modules within Composite Information Server such as Datasource, Admin API, Export/Import, Designer, Validation, DBAPI, JDBC etc.

• Reproduced and analyzed the customer issues which ran into in the production environment. Solved critical and difficult to diagnose issues for VIP customers such as Dell and BP and helped to turn around the situation.
