I am a software engineer at Dremio. I have a strong background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, and backend engineering. I work on core SQL engine features including UDFs, RBAC services, and multi-cloud data source integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

I hold a Master’s degree in Software Engineering (Scalable Systems) from Carnegie Mellon University and specialize in building reliable, scalable systems using Java, Spark, Iceberg/Parquet, and cloud-native technologies.

Previously, I co-founded and led engineering at a startup, where I architected and delivered a high-traffic backend platform serving hundreds of daily active users. I enjoy tackling complex system design problems, improving reliability at scale, and working at the intersection of data and infrastructure.
