Led cross-functional teams through end-to-end design cycles and mentored junior designers and engineers. Conducted primary and secondary research and created prototypes in a variety of fidelities and media, including vehicle simulators and service pilots. Designed and piloted a mobile healthcare service offering that enabled rapid deployment of mobile COVID-19 testing units in 2020 and a partnership with Wayne Health to deliver preventive services to underserved communities in Detroit. Developed a comprehensive UX system and strategy for delivering over-the-air software updates to retail and commercial customers, including fleet-level management of vehicle software.
