1. Frontend System Overhaul and Component Library Development:

* Developed a scalable component library using TypeScript, Radix UI, and SASS in response to the acquisition needs post-CoachElite integration.

* Transitioned heavy client-side functions to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud functions to enhance application performance and reduce client-side load.

* Overhauled core logic for state management using Redux, and optimised server-side state handling to substantially improve speed and application efficiency.

2. Payment Service:

* Architected a payment processing system using Stripe and Stripe Connect tailored for Coachd, handling intricate financial transactions among various stakeholders.

* Implemented backend solutions to manage subscriptions, invoicing, and internal management of client and customer profiles.

* Enabled dynamic product management and personalised product page configurations.

3. Created the content management app

* Developed a content management application leveraging GPT-4-turbo to automate and personalise content creation based on specific customer inputs via Typeform.

* Created a backend system that supports a dynamic content library, enables customer managers to track client engagement, and integrates with Notion to streamline content delivery.

* The app transformed how the company dealt with the pivot and was instrumental in Fortis’s current success with the new business offerings.
