Computer Science Graduate currently working at Yobi. I graduated from San Jose State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. I have over 4 years of experience in Java, and C++. I also have experience in Python, C, Scala, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

For three years I worked at Stanford University as a building inspector/interim building operations supervisor. I gained experience in working with clients and other departments to achieve a common goal, effectively hit deadlines, and being flexible/adaptable. My leadership experience is comprised of overseeing thirteen buildings and custodians during conference season in Stanford and as the captain of competitive esports teams. Through these experiences I hope to be able to use what I have learned from them and apply them to software development. 

I have an interest in marine and aquatic life and currently own five tanks, with one being a 180-gallon saltwater reef tank. I enjoy the hobby as I constantly learn about new species and ways to better care for my fish. This relates to my interest in programming as I always am interested in learned new coding techniques that assist me in creating applications that improve people's lives. 

My interest in video games spurred my coding as early on I developed mods and server plugins for games that I enjoyed. The company I have an interest in working would have a diverse group of individuals committed to their goals and be involved in making a application or a product that makes people's lives better or easier. In my spare time I have worked on my own video games projects using the following game engines: Unity, GameMaker Studio, and Unreal Engine 3.
