As part of the Wallets and Payments team I have been responsible for the design and build of many key features on the Immutable X Marketplace and Checkout products. This work has facilitated a much improved end user experience for finding and trading NFTs as well as unlocking revenue streams for Immutable and its partners. I have led small teams and mentored junior engineers by passing on good software engineering practices and facilitating a culture that drives successful outcomes. I have continually sought out customer feedback to integrate into our product development cycles which has shaped our product strategy.

Over my time at Tigerspike I have been involved in multiple projects spanning both back and front end technologies. Most recently I have been building (greenfield) Web and Mobile applications for our clients. I bring enthusiasm to our projects and make sure to collaborate closely with the client and our designers to make sure the user experience of the product is excellent.

I am also part of a team which develops and maintains the APIs for Public Transport Victoria. Most recently for this client I developed code to integrate Train Location and Disruption data from Metro Trains. There were many performance and technology compatibility challenges during this project making it important for me to validate ideas quickly before full implementation.

I've been trusted to support multiple clients when bugs and other issues have arisen. Through this work I have been responsible for the investigation and justification of a fix under pressure. This has enabled me to own a fix from development and testing, through to deployment to production all while communicating with key stakeholders to keep them informed.

After starting in the Managed Services team supporting products both for customers and for Readify, I joined the Internal Delivery team. I currently work on multiple internal systems across all areas of the Readify business to support sales collaboration, recruiting, consulting, reporting, performance reviews and professional development.

In addition to developing software, I build and manage CI/CD delivery pipelines to ensure a continuous delivery of value to the end user. I work in an Agile manner and consult with all areas of the business to incorporate and integrate feedback for improvement.
