This translates into accurate, automated, and perfectly formatted redlines and analysis with no software implementation, integration, logins, portals, prompting, or training. Clients simply email Agent Marko any routine contract (MSA, NDA, DPA, BAA, IMA, etc.) and get customized revisions, analysis, and drafts back in minutes. Agent Marko does this by creating Marko-Playbooks that mimic the best of each client’s historical work for any future agreements. Additionally, Agent Marko can work inside clients' systems - their existing folders, CLMs, CMSs, and more - to file and retrieve documents and respond to requests, as needed.
