Reduced the time it takes for a new customer to onboard from a potential opportunity to a fully functional Toast customer and save hours of time Toast employees need to spend in manual work. This project went GA to all of our sales org right before I left and had over 300 successful restaurant go lives in around a 6 month period. - Developed onboarding journey using mainly Kotlin, React, GraphQL, dynamodb with some Node and Java. - Some major features I helped directly with included self schedule-able appointments, menu upload, guided surveys to replace manual calls with Toast reps, enhancing the restaurant create process. - The last project of mine with Toast was creating an onboarding portal for Toast and non-Toast customers who wanted to enable curbside pickup and online ordering during this COVID-19 pandemic that was developed in a week of time with another teammate.
