As the CGTO at Compass Home Loans, I translate strategy into a practical architecture that connects borrower acquisition, sales execution, and day-to-day operations. Evolving from Director of IT and Business Analyst, I now own the intersection of growth and technology: designing the systems we use, orchestrating how they work together, and leading the operating rhythm that turns ideas into shipped outcomes. I architect and integrate the stack, CRM, LOS, POS, pricing, marketing automation, contact center/telephony, identity/collaboration, and data pipelines, so leads move cleanly from first touch to funded loan with clear attribution and visibility. I define lifecycle stages and handoffs, implement lead routing and scoring, stand up campaign orchestration and nurture, and build dashboards that make performance obvious to every stakeholder. On the technology side, I set roadmaps, evaluate and consolidate vendors, manage budgets, and guide implementation across cloud, endpoints, automation, and collaboration tools, with an emphasis on reliability, usability, and cost discipline. I map business processes end-to-end, remove friction, and codify playbooks so improvements become repeatable; then I coach teams and establish an operating cadence of quarterly roadmaps, sprint plans, launch checklists, and experiment reviews that continually refine our funnel, messaging, and channel mix. I’m hands-on enough to prototype and unblock, senior enough to set direction, and pragmatic in translating technical detail into business language. The through is simple: build only what adds lift, integrate before you customize, measure what matters, and simplify everything else. The result is a durable engine where marketing, sales, operations, and technology pull in the same direction, clean data, faster cycle times, stronger conversion, and a borrower experience that earns repeat and referral business, backed by systems that are understandable, maintainable, and fit for purpose.
