As Director of Product Management for Education and Assessments, I work with teams across disciplines (software development, subject-matter experts, support, sales, marketing, design, finance, business, etc.) to manage and integrate recently acquired software products and businesses into the CentralReach portfolio (WebABLLS, AFLSOnline, LiftEd, Avail Care Coordinator) by identifying and communicating a clear product vision, driving a product roadmap, and directing efforts to increase adoption and retention.
My role is key to growing revenue for the business while also maximizing our social impact by ensuring that teachers and providers in education and healthcare respectively can spend less time documenting and more time supporting children with autism and related conditions. Our solutions need to be HIPAA compliant, easy to use, tightly integrated, and aligned with best practices to promote effectiveness alongside ethics without sacrificing business growth.
With the growing potential of LLMs and other AI models, I have taken a leading role in identifying opportunities for leveraging intelligence within our new digital assistant, Cari, which will be critical to closing the gap between demand for services and short supply of clinical staff hours.
