Crafting experiences that do all the thinking FOR the Users, so they can spend more time using the product for THEIR needs. Graphic design was always something I did for fun. I didn't realize back then, that I could have a career that would be just that, FUN! I worked in the advertising industry, and noticed the shift into digital. People spent more time on their phones, looking at websites, or going into apps, than they did reading newspapers or magazines. Advertising was becoming more subliminal, rather than in your face. I dove in, transferring my design skills to becoming an interface designer, learning more about mobile interfaces and patterns. As I grew, I recognized that people don't have time to think, that's why they use the products we create. It's our job to do all the thinking upfront, on behalf of our Users, so that when it's time for them to use our product, that's just it... they use our product! Information is displayed where they expect it to be, and actions behave the way they expect them to behave.
