Worked on freezing the timing, power, area specifications and hardware system requirements for the digital receiver integrated circuit. - Performed the functional verification of the system. Technical Details: - Worked as a partition block owner for the RF controller block in the 5G modem chip as a backend physical designer (synthesis, placement and routing). - Implemented the timing, performance, power and area constraints for the block and integrated it with other blocks of the chip as per the specifications. - Resolved setup-hold timing violations, dynamic and leakage power consumption constraints, noise, crosstalk, routing congestion issues to deliver the final optimized back-end layout solution.
