Alongside co-founder and mentor Dawn Nyugen, we’ve partnered with clients across diverse industries such as health tech, VR, and retail, data-certification, etc. Our collaborations range from supporting startups in securing funding with a fully packaged MVP and a strategic long-term UX development plan, to delivering advanced features for established tech companies with extensive resources. Our vision is to amplify the role and impact of UX in every project, helping our clients either revitalize or launch their businesses by integrating customer experiences into their operational strategies.

### Senior Product Designer @ Rubrik, Inc.

- Redesigned Cloud Data Management: Revisioned and overhauled the product roadmap and user experience, leading to a 1066% increase in user interaction, laying the groundwork for Rubrik’s 2024 IPO.
- Directed the end-to-end design process for Rubrik’s customer growth trial experiences, from research to post-handoff feature maintenance. Collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, visual designers, management, and researchers to establish experience guidelines for all promoted Rubrik products.
- Leveraged persona studies, user interviews, and testing to deliver key insights into customer behavior. Solidified product requirements and aligned the roadmap for future updates, ensuring all insights were effectively communicated to cross-departmental stakeholders.

- Led the end to end ideation and execution process for the new SaaS product onboarding service design, from wireframing to low and high-fidelity prototypes, tailored to diverse customer demographics. This initiative drove significant migration from on-prem to cloud solutions.
- Optimized and revamped the data visualization and expanded operational features of the Data Monitoring product, while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers on implementation and post-launch maintenance.
- Supported the visual team in designing a low-fidelity component library and creating design guideline documentation, ensuring consistent and efficient internal collaboration.

Directed and managed the collaboration and hiring of the founding design team, from educating the team on design fundamentals to leading the ideation and implementation of comprehensive branding and design guidelines, as well as the development of two crypto aggregation web apps, which collectively attracted 30k users and continue to grow.
