We developed state-of-the-art AI technology to model conversations and create virtual agents for contact centers, such as voice bots, chatbots, and agent assistants. Kept growing the product and co-invented realtime interactive reports - StreamView and DebugView, with novel UX paradigms. By the time I left, it had helped 1+million mobile apps grow their businesses, including Lyft, Spotify, and Pinterest. ### Senior Interaction Designer @ Philips Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | Greater Pittsburgh Area I led the design efforts for two next-generation flagship healthcare products, encompassing UX for hardware (touchscreens) and mobile/web applications.
