I am the design co-founder of Chatbase. We developed state-of-the-art AI technology to model conversations and create virtual agents for contact centers, such as voice bots, chatbots, and agent assistants. We also offered Chatbot analytics to help developers build performant chatbots over time.

As a founding member of Google's first unified mobile development platform, I led the design efforts for Google Analytics for Firebase from the ground up to V1 launch at Google I/O 2016 keynote. Kept growing the product and co-invented realtime interactive reports - StreamView and DebugView, with novel UX paradigms. By the time I left, it had helped 1+million mobile apps grow their businesses, including Lyft, Spotify, and Pinterest.
