• Lead agentic AI-focused UX and content design initiatives, improving prompt quality, conversational clarity, and overall agent behavior within a Fortune-scale organization.
• Define system prompts, tone guidelines, and conversational principles that make AI interactions more natural, reliable, and user-centered.
• Design and maintain agentic AI evaluation frameworks to assess reasoning quality, routing behavior, and voice and tone alignment, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to shape agent personality, refine workflows, and align AI behavior with business and user needs.
• Prototype and validate AI-powered experiences using tools such as Figma, GitHub Copilot, Vercel, Cursor, and Replit to rapidly test and iterate on concepts.
• Apply design systems, accessibility standards, and UX best practices to deliver consistent, scalable, and intuitive AI-driven experiences.
