 • Technical Leadership:
 ▫ Self-Assessment System: Designed data models, RESTful APIs, and webhook sync patterns; delivered end-to-end with 99%+ uptime.
 ▫ Zoom Webinar Integration: Led from scope analysis to delivery; unlocked a new enterprise revenue stream.
 ▫ SSO Migration: Co-led zero-downtime cutover to OIDC JWT using feature flags and a safe user migration strategy.
