### Design Lead @ Google
Jan 2020 – Present | San Francisco, California
- Built the first fully autonomous AI agent in the Google developer org as the UX lead for the AI bug fixing area.
- UX lead for the Agentic Work Management area, aiming at a great developer experience for agents orchestration.  
- Created the unified project management platform at Google called TaskFlow, grow the user base from zero to majority of the Google teams organically, and won a tech impact award in 2022. Expanded the market from small team planning to large enterprise portfolio planning with full market penetration.

### Senior Product Designer @ VMware
Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 | Palo Alto, California
• Led design on the cloud management product "Wavefront by VMware", a SaaS platform for DevOps team to monitor the applications and infrastructure with real time analytics.
• Led the initiatives including AI + ML, Growth Hacking, and Product Redesign.
• Drove the strategic research for DevOps, re-imagine the product with an end to end UX vision and further impact the product roadmap.
• Won an iF Design Award! This was the first and the only iF Design award VMware had.
