A seasoned technology leader with over 12 years of experience spanning full-stack engineering, autonomous driving HD mapping algorithms and infrastructure, and financial technology. Most recently served as Tech Lead and Staff Software Engineer at QCraft, responsible for engineering an end-to-end data management and machine learning platform that achieved an 80% reduction in data costs. Key contributions included designing custom data labeling platforms, integrating external vendor solutions, and developing advanced data visualization toolchains. Additionally, rapidly mastered complex in-vehicle communication protocols (HU, XCU, FSD) and real-time middleware (RTI DDS) to deliver critical HMI solutions under tight deadlines. Previously at QCraft, developed core C++ components for HD mapping algorithms, automated AWS/Aliyun/Volcengine infrastructure scaling, and established centralized HD map data libraries supporting multiple map formats (NDS.Live, OpenDrive, Apollo).

At Alibaba Banma, led the design and development of a scalable high-precision map engine capable of processing petabyte-scale map data daily, optimized for high throughput and real-time autonomous driving applications. At DeepMap, served as Tech Lead, designing distributed high-precision vector map processing and delivery systems, integrating Baidu Apollo, and contributing to ADASIS map creation.

Earlier career experiences at Yunfeng Financial and Tencent provided extensive expertise in financial technology, including leading the development of trading systems, hybrid mobile applications, and high-performance data visualization solutions.

Currently embarking on an exciting new journey as a founding engineer at a robotics startup, leveraging extensive experience in autonomous driving, HD mapping, and data intelligence to build innovative robotic solutions.

Actively participates in industry standards groups, including W3C Data Visualization and WebAssembly, and has authored technical books such as "Understanding ES6" and "Learning WebRTC."
