· Led a research group conducting both quantitative and qualitative research ( IMI,UTAUT,Eye-Tracking,semi-structured interview ). Findings have been submitted to CHI 2026.

· Designed an AI-assisted medical registration system for older adults, integrating language input, contextual recommendations, and voice guidance; testing with 22 users (60–74) showed 40.5% faster completion and 59% lower workload.
