Continued to work on data collection and security product integration as ArcSight was acquired by HP in 2010

Started from the first integration, Checkpoint Firewall, designed and done several dozen integrations (out of total 450 integrations when left the company) for various products, including Firewall, IDS, router, vulnerability scanner, operating system, database, anti-virus software and enterprise security product

Collected logs or events through different ways, include TCP, UDP, SNMP trap, SYSLOG, JDBC/ODBC, local or remote file, API and web services

Helped building the sustain/fast track team and contributed to customer escalations and issues
