• Designed, built, and maintains ingestion pipeline for a multi-modal RAG app VodafoneGPT.

• Designed, built, and maintains unified observability solution based on: Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Mimir, OTel API/SDK, OTel Collector.

• Responsible for further investigation of unexpected observations / incidents when it is unclear what the root cause is.

• Responsible for two Kubernetes clusters on AWS.

• Migrated two EKS clusters to a private cloud in Egypt, adhering to Egypt Financial Supervisory Authority (FRA) regulations.

• Deployed, maintained and adapted monitoring solutions for company's internal services.

• Enhanced overall secrets management regulations and workflow.

• Diagnosed, traced and fixed one of the company's internal tools which was failing silently. Improving operational efficiency.

• Automated cleaning process and management of the company’s private docker registry and CI server using Bash.

• Efficiently managed two critical outages while on-call, and managed to accept, identify, investigate, diagnose and respond in less than 30 minutes and implemented preventive automated solutions for similar future incidents.
