Hi, I’m Angelina Wang! I’m pursuing a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Duke University, specializing in Software Development, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning. I hold a BEng in Computer Science from Nankai University and expect to graduateMay 2025. I’m actively seeking Software Development Engineer (SDE) and Technical Product Manager (PM) roles.

During my internship at DataVisor, I led the development of an end-to-end feature for internal tools, managing everything from designing the front-end to modifying the database. I integrated new JumpServer 4.0 APIs into the existing system using the Java factory design pattern, redesigned the MySQL secret table, and developed a Vue-based UI for managing permissions in JumpServer instances and Kubernetes clusters. At ByteDance, I worked on the Fast Payment Service, which helped e-store owners retrieve part of their invested funds.

With experience in front-end (Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML) and back-end development (Java, C++, MySQL, PostgreSQL), I have led projects from design to deployment. My research also includes AI/ML, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP), where I have worked on low-resource neural machine translation and emotional analysis in dialogue systems.

A passionate fast learner. Always open to new environments and new things. Grew up in Xi'an, China. Badminton and Piano amateur.
