- Investigated a feature selection algorithm (minimum redundancy and maximum correlation algorithm) to solve high-dimension issue.
- Managed massive data, utlizing SVM to build the model for virulence protein prediction. 
- Compared with previous methods, the accuracy of proposed method increases to 93\% from 85\%.
