•Designed and developed a new version of transportation appointment service between fulfillment centers. Improve
scalability for our backend system.
•Designed and developed Amazon fulfillment center configuration service for transportation scheduling. Serverless
service, provided APIs for fulfillment center management to update appointment scheduling
configuration.
•Work with data scientists to design and develop the service to estimate inbound appointments targeting time
windows. The major data source for transportation scheduling performance evaluation.
•Design and develop a workflow to educate voice-only customers using the Alexa app. Increase the number of active mobile
customers.
•Develop response prompt management to auto-release a new version of prompts. Improve the resource management.
