blueshyft is a network of 1,500+ retail locations around Australia, all equipped with an iOS-based platform that allows customers to use cash to pay for digital goods and services. This point-of-sale platform connects online businesses to an established network of storefronts in real-time, providing instant omni-channel presence minus the cost of setting it up themselves.
blueshyft helps thousands of everyday Australians enter the digital currency market, and is recognised as Australia’s largest fiat to cryptocurrency onramp. In November 2018 was awarded “Best Onboarding UX” out of 85 projects at Devcon4 in Prague.
After 3+ years of managing different teams and functions across blueshyft while simultaneously working on product design, I am moving into a role that allows me to apply my obsessive attention-to-detail, user-focused thinking and design experience to all front-end interfaces.
This includes:
•End-to-end management of the UX process, including research initiatives, concept development and usability testing
•Recreating our design language and maintaining consistency across the iOS app, dashboards, websites and future platforms
•Creating all visual assets including style guides, site maps, wireframes, UI flows, interactive prototypes and micro-interactions
•Working closely with back-end developers and stakeholders to build new, intuitive user-facing platforms
•Analysing user data from web/app tracking software and implementing iterative improvements
