Led design across QuickBooks digital banking and lending, launching 0-to-1 products and driving growth initiatives that increased conversion across a customer base of 4M SMBs. Designed money movement automation and transformed an invoice-financing tool into a true line of credit, boosting customer engagement and adoption at scale. Designed workflows serving diverse roles with different permissions and needs, balancing simplicity for end users with control for admins. Validated key business hypotheses through rapid experiments, leveraging A/B tests, research insights, and product metrics to shape roadmap and strategy. Built frameworks for in-product discovery and adoption, enabling cross-sell across the QuickBooks ecosystem.
