Zipcar was the world’s leading car sharing provider, offering 10,000+ vehicles to 1,000,000+ members in major cities and universities across North America and EMEA.

I took part in the massive company-wide effort to replace the entire existing technology stack with the new platform and shape the future of Zipcar’s services and operation. Some highlights:

• Spearheaded the overhaul of the Zipcar Admin System and envisioned a new architecture optimized for productivity and scalability.

• Designed the v0 of a set of admin tools for fleet operations, vehicle servicing, make model management, and pricing management.

• Redesigned the new member registration process with a more streamlined workflow and responsive web design.

Meanwhile, I maintained my responsibilities as the sole designer on Local Motion – a standalone motor pool management offering acquired by Zipcar – and worked on many new features and improvements to its web and mobile UIs.
