I took part in the massive company-wide effort to replace the entire existing technology stack with the new platform and shape the future of Zipcar’s services and operation. Some highlights: • Spearheaded the overhaul of the Zipcar Admin System and envisioned a new architecture optimized for productivity and scalability. • Designed the v0 of a set of admin tools for fleet operations, vehicle servicing, make model management, and pricing management. • Redesigned the new member registration process with a more streamlined workflow and responsive web design. Meanwhile, I maintained my responsibilities as the sole designer on Local Motion – a standalone motor pool management offering acquired by Zipcar – and worked on many new features and improvements to its web and mobile UIs. ### Lead Interaction Designer @ Local Motion, Inc Jan 2013 – Jan 2015 | San Mateo, CA Local Motion was a web-based motor pool management platform that provides keyless access to vehicles along with scheduling and tracking tools, so communities could share vehicles effortlessly, streamline fleet operations, and increase fleet utilization. As a UX team of one, I led the research and design of Local Motion's user experience on all fronts (web, iOS, Android, at-the-car experience) as well as project-managing the implementation. Local Motion was acquired by Zipcar in August 2015. ### Lead Interaction Designer @ Stealth Startup (PlusOne Financial) Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 | Los Gatos, CA PlusOne Financial was an early-stage startup aiming to provide intelligent financial assistance to busy families. As the 3rd employee and sole UX specialist, I contributed to the evolution of the product vision, conducted user interviews to uncover user needs, designed the beta product, and helped coding the web UI. ### Lead Interaction Designer @ TrialPay Jan 2010 – Jan 2013 | Mountain View, CA TrialPay was the leading offer-based payment platform, providing alternative monetization strategy to web & mobile game developers and software publishers. I improved the design and conversion rate of Facebook’s Earn Credits flow (powered by TrialPay), iterating with user and multi-channel testing. I also designed and produced working prototypes for all TrialPay's user-facing flows, including Mobile Offer Wall, In-Store Offer Program (web & mobile), and Post-Transaction Marketing.
