Issue Resolution: Label Printing & Tag Applicator

• Label Printing: Fixed issue where pallet labels weren’t printing on mobile; enabled reprint option in configuration.

• Tag Applicator: Resolved malfunction caused by Manhattan function errors; worked with Manhattan to disable a conflicting extension.

Overview**: Discount Tire provides a robust and flexible WMS solution to support all defined business processes and requirements.

• **Capabilities**: The WMS allows for direct receipt of inventory from vendors and other Discount Tire sites, system-directed putaway, waving, picking, cycle counting, inventory management (status changes, net quantity adjustments, inventory types, etc.), packing, and shipment of cross-dock and other store orders from the warehouses.

• **Outbound Shipments**: Shipments are completed within the WMS to domestic stores in the Fairburn site region, with all required shipping.

Contributions

Played a key role in the SAP ECC 6.0 platform upgrade to SAP Fiori app (mobile & desktop) for the MIM Merchandise Inventory Management system project.

Led the business analysis and quality assurance activities for the new Tire Rack integration within Elgin Chicago / Dallas facility and contributed to testing the overall functionality.

Worked closely with Discount Tire's 3rd-party logistics provider, DHL, to ensure minimal impact on business processes and system integration during the WMOS Manhattan upgrade to all Discount Tire facilities in Fairburn Boston, Dallas, and Chicago Elgin.

Resolved MHE sort line issues, such as incorrect label reads and unit sort exceptions, and documented issues and checklists for future enhancements based on new operational requirements for projects such as SAP ECC to Fiori platform (desktop & mobile) and WMOS active X Cloud.

Drove documentation of new business processes for general replenishment flow (inbound/outbound) cross-dock.

Reviewed and edited documentation for e-commerce active Discount Tire Direct and Factory Tire Direct business practices.

Matched process flows in WMOS 2020 Active X Cloud with old system PKMS and utilized TMS Descartes for fuel cost, ASN, and LTL truckload OMS Sterling Apps for PO/data creation and validations on order fulfillment.

Possessed knowledge and experience in logistic systems, including Manhattan for their warehouse and transportation management systems. Currently upgrading from WMS (very old customized version) to WMOS (open systems version).

Proficiently utilized WSI environment tools such as ProShip for shipping logistics out of the distribution centers, Decart for routing/scheduling for furniture deliveries, and IBM Sterling OMS.

As a team lead, I was responsible for managing the following projects and tasks:

Infor EXE WMS Project:

Led a cross-disciplinary Supply Chain IT team and supported WMS Platform Integration and OMS / Order Management Scheduling process.

Worked closely with developers and vendors to ensure configuration changes were validated in Dev instances.

Designed, configured, implemented, and tested WMS Infor system for various Safeway Distribution DC Centers.

Resolved configuration issues, created white papers, and participated in deployment change activities.

Blockchain Project:

The project involves tracking a product's journey from the source supplier to the destination store, with the scope limited to the product's entry and exit from the warehouse. The supplier pallet is received at the warehouse, and only the pallet label is scanned, not the case labels GS-1. After depalletizing, the pallet is placed in a pick slot. Created Data flow
